Welcome to the official home of Lounging Sound records (LS.r).  We look forward to releasing music for you by the end of this month!  Below is a short bit about who we are and what we do.  Stay tuned…

Lounging Sound records is the official net label for Lounging Sound Radio.  We focus on the genres of Organic Ambient, Ambient Electronica, and Minimal Ambient music.  We do free releases and promote some releases for purchase.  We look forward to offering our artists everything they need to get their releases off the ground.  This includes advertising, networking, identity, and even design.  Currently we have three staff members with the best understanding of what people want to hear and how they’re going to hear it.  They are:  Joseph Snodgrass – musician (Lights Galaxia), writer, and co-owner of Lounging Sound Radio; Jourdan Laik – musician (Daevine (w/ Michael Allison (Darshan Ambient), Paradisaic) specializing in ambient soundscapes and co-owner of Lounging Sound Radio; Daniel Davis – musician (Twin Cam Akiko, Z Phantom 4, I Am Not the Janitor, Carl Sagan’s Ghost).  Visit our radio station at www.loungingsound.com.  Aural Gardens for Organic Minds.
